1. What this website is
This website presents the Locus memory game application: what it contains, how a session works and what it costs. Its only interactive feature is a form where you may leave an email address so that our team can contact you.
No purchase is completed on this website. No payment details are requested or processed here. A price is only charged after you have been contacted, have been sent the payment options and have chosen to go ahead.
2. The licence
Locus is licensed, not sold. A licence is granted for one personal account, for as long as the application is offered, and it covers the games available at the time of purchase together with the games added afterwards. The licence is personal to you and may not be resold, sublicensed or shared with the public.
3. What you agree not to do
- Copy, decompile or reverse engineer the application, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Use the application or this website in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours.
- Submit an email address that is not yours, or submit the form automatically or in bulk.
4. Availability
We work to keep the website and the application available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control may interrupt access. Games and levels may be added, changed or retired as the application develops.
5. Entertainment, not treatment

The name Locus, the design of this website, the design of the application, the games and their content belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you beyond the licence described above.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data or for loss of profit arising out of the use of this website or the application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
8. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the application at any time. We may suspend or end a licence where these terms are broken, where the account is used fraudulently, or where the law requires it. Our Refund Policy continues to apply within its own period.
9. Changes to these terms
Updated terms are published on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the website after that date means you accept the updated version.
