Before you write
- You left your email and heard nothing. Check the spam or promotions folder first, then write to us and we will resend the message to any address you prefer.
- You want a refund. Put the word refund in the subject line and write from the address on the account. The rules are on our Refund Policy page.
- You want your data deleted. Say so in one line and we will confirm within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We never ask for card numbers, bank details or passwords by email, and no member of our team will ever ask you to install remote access software. If you receive such a message, it did not come from us.
